Bailey Brauer partner Jared Wilkinson has earned repeat selection to the 2026 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation legal guide, which recognizes the nation’s top young legal practioners.

In that vein, Mr. Wilkinson has emerged not only as an exceptional commercial litigator, but also as an astute observer of Texas’ new Business Courts, which were created by the Texas Legislature in 2023 to handle complex business disputes. Mr. Wilkinson represents companies and individuals in class actions and multi-district litigation, corporate governance, shareholder litigation and appellate matters in state and federal courts.
