Bailey Brauer Trio Honored In 2022 Texas Super Lawyers

Firm attorneys selected among state’s top business litigators  DALLAS – Three attorneys from Bailey Brauer PLLC are recognized in the 2022 edition of Texas Super Lawyers. Firm co-founders Clayton Bailey and Alex Brauer, along with partner Ben Stewart are named among the state’s top business litigation attorneys in the prestigious legal guide.   Selections are based upon peer nominations, followed by extensive independent research and evaluations by Super Lawyers, which is owned by Thomson Reuters. "We always appreciate recognition for that work, particularly when it comes from our peers."  The 2022 selection is the 12th for Mr. Bailey. A nationally known trial and appellate attorney, he represents clients in matters involving contract disputes, business torts, RICO, employment law, trade secrets, deceptive trade practices, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, antitrust, unfair business practices, and the Packers and Stockyards Act.   Mr. Brauer represents clients facing allegations of fraud or deceptive practices in commercial transactions, breaches of fiduciary duties, and litigation relating to non-compete agreements. He also assists clients with disputes involving the sales and acquisitions of businesses. This is his sixth Super Lawyers selection, following six years on the companion Rising Stars list, an honor reserved for the state’s top up-and-coming attorneys.   Mr. Stewart represents clients in federal and state courts in matters involving contractual disputes, breaches of fiduciary duties, insurance coverage, officer/director liability, and other complex litigation. He also serves as a mediator and assists companies with both internal and governmental investigations. This is his second year
